Reaching out for support isn’t easy—and I know it takes courage. If you’ve landed here, something might feel overwhelming, stuck, or just “off,” and you’re not sure what to do next.
Maybe you’ve even found yourself googling things like “How to stop intrusive thoughts,” “Therapist for OCD near me,” or “Help for anxiety and overthinking” at 2 a.m., wondering if things can ever feel lighter.
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure this out on your own.
I work with people who feel trapped in their own heads: overthinking, doubting themselves, replaying conversations, or feeling like their routines and thoughts are running the show. Anxiety and OCD can make even small things feel huge—but it doesn’t have to stay that way.
My style is down-to-earth, compassionate, and real. I bring humor into sessions (because sometimes a little laughter makes the hard stuff easier) and I want you to feel safe showing up exactly as you are.
Therapy with me isn’t about judgment—it’s about support, understanding, and using practical tools that fit your life. Most people start noticing progress fairly quickly as we work together.
Whether you’re looking for structured Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, somatic therapy to help your body and nervous system settle, online anxiety therapy, or a more flexible, relational approach, we’ll find what works best for you or your family.
We’ll use evidence-based strategies to make sessions productive and meaningful, while also leaving space for creativity, humor, and real connection.
We’ll go at your pace and build a relationship that helps you feel steadier, more understood, and more connected to yourself. Whether it’s OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, panic attacks, or intrusive thoughts, you don’t have to tackle it alone.
This work can be tough—but it can also be empowering, hopeful, and even surprisingly light at times. If you’ve been searching for “Virtual OCD therapist in North Carolina” or “Anxiety therapy that really works,”
I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you take the next step forward.
I offer therapy exclusively through secure virtual sessions. This allows you to access thoughtful, consistent care from wherever you feel most comfortable. At this time, I work with clients located in North Carolina, in accordance with licensing guidelines.
When appropriate, I may also guide clients in planning in vivo exposure tasks—including real-world, nature-based, or community-based exposures—to help integrate therapy into their everyday environments in meaningful ways.
While I am currently practicing virtually and do not have an office space at this time, I’m actively exploring options for in-person care in the future.
If you're interested in working together, feel free to reach out to learn more.
I totally understand wanting to meet in person—it can feel different. But I’ve found that virtual sessions can actually work really well. We can still see each other face-to-face on video, and it often ends up feeling just as personal as being in the office. A lot of my clients have been surprised by how natural it feels after the first session or two. Plus, it can save time and make it easier to fit therapy into your week without the stress of driving or parking. The important thing is that the work we do together—the skills, tools, and support—can all be just as effective virtually as in person.
Therapy is a meaningful investment in your well-being, and I’m happy to walk you through the details. If you’re interested in working together, please feel free to reach out directly to discuss rates and payment options.
