  • Habit Reversal Training (HRT) for body-focused repetitive behaviors (e.g., skin picking, hair pulling)
  • Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), a specialized model targeting reasoning errors that maintain OCD
  • Subtypes-focused training through NOCD Academy

In addition to her OCD work, Julia supports clients with co-occurring concerns such as:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • ADHD
  • Gender and sexual identity concerns
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Attachment and relationship challenges

Her integrative, trauma-informed approach includes:

  • Sensorimotor Therapy
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills
  • The Daring Way™, a method developed by Brené Brown that explores shame, vulnerability, and authenticity

Julia is passionate about helping clients build a meaningful life beyond fear and compulsions. She is committed to providing culturally responsive, ethically grounded care and has completed training through the National Association of Social Workers.

She earned her MSW from NC State University, graduating with honors, and is licensed to practice in North Carolina.
